Stimulus Checks: $402.2 Billion


Provides another round of Economic Impact Payments worth $1,400 per individual (including child and non-child dependents up to age 17), up to $75,000 income threshold level for individuals and $150,000 for households.

Unemployment: $195.4 Billion


Extends enhanced federal unemployment of $300 weekly through September 6, 2021. Those making less than $150,000 a year and receiving unemployment benefits are eligible for a $10,200 tax break.

Tax Credits: $34.3 Billion


Expands the Child Care Tax Credit (CTC) to $3,000 per child aged 6-17 ($3,600 for children under age 6) and makes the credit fully refundable in 2021. Increases the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) for childless workers by up to $1,000 and expands the minimum and maximum age for claiming the credit. Expands the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit (CDCTC) to cover 50% of care costs up to $8,000 for one child and $16,000 for two or more children.

Paycheck Protection Program: $7.25 Billion


Additional funds for the PPP, a program that helps stabilize county economies by keeping small businesses afloat.

Additional funds for the EIDL, a program that helps stabilize county economies by keeping small businesses afloat.


UI Fraud Prevention, Equitable Access, and Timely Payment Fund: $2 Billion


Funds to help states with fraud prevention, equitable access, and timely payment to eligible workers.
